We provide construction, maintenance, and related services across Ballito, Umhlanga, and surrounding areas. The scope of work will be agreed upon in writing through a quotation or contract before any work begins.

Quotations and Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required to confirm a project, with the balance payable upon completion, unless alternative arrangements are agreed. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of work.

Client Duties
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, safe site access, and necessary approvals or permits. Delays caused by missing approvals, restricted access, or incomplete details may result in additional costs or extended timelines.

Timelines
We make every effort to complete projects within the agreed schedule. Delays outside our control, such as weather, supplier shortages, or third party actions, may impact delivery. Any changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

Guarantee
All workmanship is guaranteed in line with the details outlined in the quotation or contract. Guarantees do not apply to misuse, neglect, or external damage beyond our control.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client will be responsible for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including labour and materials.
